889 Global follows a blend of traditional and non-traditional approaches in recruitment and selection. Our interviews consist of two stages:
1. First-level interview: A remote interview with our in-house recruiter via Zoom and Google meetings.
2. Second-level interview: For Ohio-based applicants, we require them to report to our office in Grandview. Hence, non-Ohio-based candidates will be scheduled for a remote interview. This will be conducted by our leadership team, including our CEO, Judy Huang.
After interviews, if the candidate is deemed qualified with respect to work background/ and experience, we will send them two personality assessments. If those assessments indicate a good fit for the Company and candidate, the recruitment team will send an offer letter through email.
