Description

NaY molecular sieve is a type of alkaline metal aluminosilicate salts with Y-type crystalline structure of sodium salt. It can adsorb molecules with critical diameter not more than 10Å.

Application

Catalyst or catalyst carrier. Suitable for molecules that can be adsorbed by 3A, 4A, 5A type molecular sieves and some molecules with small critical diameter such as aromatic hydrocarbon and branched hydrocarbon.

Regeneration

Placed in vacuum or dry air flow under elevated temperature(180-350°C) for 3-6 hours.

Packing

Can be packed in form of powder or sphere into sealed 25 kg,50 kg or 136 kg iron drum; to be stored in a dry environment.

  • Amount of H2O adsorbed is measured by every 100g of activated molecular sieve under normal pressure at 35°C.
  • PH value for application is 5-11
  • It can be used after regeneration if adsorbing moisture is being kept for a longtime. Maximum regeneration temperature is 600°C.
